Roberto Mancini will manage Manchester City next season - even if they lost the FA Cup final.
Mancini has the full support of the new City chief executive Ferran Soriano and sporting director Txiki Begiristain.
All three of them are already making plans for next season to strengthen the squad in a bid to regain the title from rivals United.
